Turkish investment agency to participate in tech expo in Paris | News

Türkiye’s Investment Office will participate in the international VivaTech 2024 expo.

The event for tech startups will be held in Paris from May 22-25.

Burak Daglioglu, president of Türkiye’s Investment Office, told Anadolu that they will attend the event under the “Invest in Türkiye” brand to showcase Türkiye’s digitalization and sustainability efforts and the technological reforms recently made in the country, as well as the investments made in artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

“VivaTech expo is one of the leading events in the field, bringing entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders together from all around the world, serving as a catalyst for collaboration and innovation,” said Daglioglu.

The delegation attending the event includes representatives from startups from various sectors, such as AI, cybersecurity, digital banking, content creation, augmented reality, digital marketing, and more.

Startups joining the event are Academic Sight, Adastec, Adlema, Bolt Insight, Counterfake, Cypien AI, Enqura, Fileorbis, Novus AI, Orbina AI, Powea, Qreal, Segmentify, Simularge, Venuex, and Vivoo.

Daglioglu noted that Türkiye’s Investment Office encourages tech innovations in the country to raise its share of investments, as AI startups become a hot topic for investors.

He added that Türkiye is a wide region and a large domestic market, which allows many opportunities.
