Turkish and Azerbaijani businessmen are aiming to significantly increase the volume of trade between their two countries.
Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Huseyin Buyukfirat, chairman of the Turkish-Azerbaijan Businessmen and Industrialists Public Union (TUIB), highlighted the organization’s role in fostering economic cooperation between the two nations. “We represent leading companies in sectors such as agriculture, livestock, construction, industry, trade, health, and tourism,” he said.
Buyukfirat emphasized that TUIB’s primary goal is to contribute to the growth and development of both the Azerbaijani and Turkish economies. By strengthening economic ties, the organization aims to reinforce the “unbreakable bridge of brotherhood” that exists between the two countries.
Buyukfirat said they prioritize efforts to enhance competitive strength between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, aiming for sustainable growth supported by structural reforms and seeking lasting solutions to social issues.
