Target’s Thanksgiving feast is back and cheaper than ever.
On Monday, Oct. 27, the company announced that its Thanksgiving bundle — which comes with ingredients to make a holiday meal for four — will be available for $20. The deal is priced $5 less than it was in 2023.
The meal includes the classic elements of a traditional feast: a Good & Gather turkey (up to 10 lbs.), Del Monte Cut Green Beans, Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce, Heinz Home Style Roasted Turkey Gravy, Stove Top Stuffing Mix, and russet potatoes.
Bigger families can double up on the items to make a Thanksgiving dinner for eight, the company suggests. The shopping list can be purchased online or in store.
Target cut the prices of a few other Thanksgiving favorites. Good & Gather turkeys will be priced at 79 cents per pound, which is a 20% discount from last year and the lowest cost in four years, according to a press release. Other Thanksgiving food items like Favorite Day apple and pumpkin pie, Good & Gather Cheddar Mac and Cranberry Goat Cheese Logs will be priced under $5.
For those who don’t feel like cooking the night before Thanksgiving, Target has a freebie. Target Circle 360 paid members can claim one free frozen pizza from Nov. 13-16 when using same-day delivery.
Aldi also wants to make Thanksgiving affordable this year. The grocery chain announced an “inflation-busting” 10-person Thanksgiving bundle for $47. It includes a 16-lb. turkey, gravy, bread, stuffing, macaroni and cheese and more.
The shopping list comes without the “sales, coupons, minimum purchase requirements, loyalty cards and other hoops required to save at traditional grocers,” Aldi said in statement.
