FORMER NFL star Ryan Clark was forced to explain his Tom Brady message live on TV after claiming the New England Patriots icon does not eat turkey.
Brady tried his very first turducken – a turkey stuffed with duck and chicken – during a live broadcast on Fox Sports last week.
While some fans called him out for only eating a piece of turkey leg, Clark suggested there is no way he eats the meat at all on Thanksgiving.
He wrote on X: “Tom don’t eat no Turkey!”
The ex-Giants, Steelers and Redskins safety was asked to explain his post live on Get Up ESPN on Friday.
He doubled down on his claim, insisting there is no way Brady eats traditional thanksgiving food because of his incredible physique.
Clark said: “Yeah, Tom Brady don’t eat no turkey! You already talk to Tom Brady, he be on that TB12 since forever!
“Avocado vodka, avocado ice cream. How the hell is he going to eat Turkey? I know that’s not on the diet.
“And then you watch him fake it and he tries to open his mouth all wide and bite into it like it was really good.
“We all know that turducken is dry Tom, you ain’t gotta act like you like it for the TV!
“Those people are paying you $37million. You can actually say: ‘I don’t eat this,’ and not eat it, and everyone will respect you, Tom, because you’re Tom Brady!”
Fans on social media were quick to agree with Clark, with one person writing: “He’s a tofu turkey guy all the way!!! Ryan is all over it!!!”
While another said: “Thinking the same thing.”
Brady was reminded of an embarrassing 24-year-old moment during his NFL career by Fox partner Kevin Burkhardt during the broadcast.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion discussed his first NFL completion, a six-yard gain to tight end Rob Rutledge.
But his broadcast partner Burkhardt said: “You told me that your second pass was almost a pick-six to the house.”
Brady interrupted to tell him, “You were supposed to skip that part.”
