Ronaldinho scored an overhead kick goal to prove he still has his quintissential Samba flair and that ‘class is permanent’ – even if he is 43.
Fans are hailing the Brazilian legend for his latest wonder, which he scored on Turkish reality TV.
He was a surprise guest on ‘Survivor Turkey’, a spin-off of the popular series format, and wore a Jayson Tatum Boston Celtics jersey as he strutted his stuff in a beach football match.
Sporting his trademark long hair and headband, he chested the ball before striking a sweet overhead effort into the corner, taking his opponents by surprise.
It’s all good practice for when he takes part in the Over-35s World Cup in England this June, as exclusively revealed by Mail Sport.
‘Class is permanent. Icon,’ wrote one user on X, formerly Twitter.

‘Incredible,’ another purred.
‘Bro is renewing his expired Brazilian passport,’ one joked.
A reminiscent soul tweeted: ‘I miss FIFA street.’
Indeed, there were several people online who felt the edit and the setting resembled a FIFA street goal highlight.
But there was one killjoy lingering in the shadow.
‘Pepe is still playing UCL nights at 40+,’ wrote one inidividual in an attempt to diminish Ronaldinho’s achievement.
That is true. Pepe became the Champions League’s oldest scorer in November with a last-gasp goal against Antwerp at the age of 40 years and 254 days.
And the spoilsport who pointed this out was not alone.
It just so happens that the host of ‘Survivor Turkey’ is Acun Ilicali, the owner of Hull City
‘If you watch beach soccer, this is a casual’s move,’ gloated one user.
Perhaps, but it is still impressive for Ronaldinho to have that flexibility at his age – even iof the competition wasn’t the same level as he is used to.
People were shocked when Survivor’s host, Acun Ilicali, introduced Ronaldinho as a guest on the show.
‘I asked Ronaldinho to come, and he said yes,’ Ilıcalı he said.
‘I told Ronaldinho to come to Survivor and play foot tennis. He will be with us in Dominica today.’
If the name Acun Ilicali sounds familiar, you might be a Hull City fan.
That’s because he is the owner of the Championship football club through his company ACUNMEDYA, having bought the side in 2022.
