Real Madrid prodigy Arda Güler is set to line out in a new-look position on the international stage on Saturday night.
This comes as Turkey prepare to kick the country’s Euro 2024 campaign back into gear.
Vincenzo Montella’s troops will mark their return to action in short order, locking horns with the Netherlands for a place in the semi-finals of the Euros.
Güler, for his part, has as expected been afforded a place in his country’s starting XI for the clash.
And as much will see the 19-year-old test his talents in yet another new position on the pitch.
Having lined out in both a central attacking midfield role and on the right wing on the international front of late, on Saturday, Güler is in line to spearhead Turkey’s frontline.
That’s according to local media in the country, who point towards the former Fenerbahçe talent as preparing for a ‘false 9’ role.
