Minister Avcı meets with Turkish students in Jordan
As part of his official program in Jordan Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı met with the Kartal Anatolian İmam Hatip School students who are in the Jordanian capital of Amman, to learn Arabic language.
Minister Avcı attended the ceremony organized by the Turkish students who completed their Arabic language education and listened to their experiences in Jordan, heard Arabic songs and watched Jordanian folk dances performed by the students.
During his speech to the students, Minister Avcı congratulated the Turkish students and added, “You have completed a program which is not available for many other students but you still have a lot to learn. If Allah permits, you will learn more in your path and become favorable individuals for your nation and country.”
Noting the importance of learning a foreign language, Minister Avcı recommended students to read and learn the books of both Turkish and Arabic authors and poets.
The Minister presented gifts to the Jordanian instructors and had dinner with the newly graduated Turkish students.
