Gathering your family around for an elaborate and tasty meal on Thanksgiving Day takes more than just planning and execution. It also requires a backup plan for the moment you inevitably have to make a trip back to the grocery store to pick up those last-minute items. Though, no need to worry because we’ve got your back with a list of stores open on Thanksgiving to help make your celebration foolproof.
If you end up needing a few extra ingredients for your Grandma’s favorite pie recipe, are hoping to check out the Black Friday deals before the crowds or simply are hoping to grab a snack or iced coffee from Dunkin’ before doing your part of the cooking or engaging the kids in fun activities for the day, we know just the shops you can count on. Even if you happen to want to dine in at a restaurant or pick up some spirits for holiday cocktails, we’ve included plenty of places that are serving turkey dishes with all of the fixings as well as the states that allow liquor stores to operate on Turkey Day.
As always, be sure to check in with your nearest locations to confirm their hours ahead of time. That way, you’ll spend less time searching for your last-minute needs and more time enjoying your family.
