CeeDee Lamb has been the leading man of this passing offense and there’s no reason to think that’ll change on Thanksgiving Day.

The Dallas Cowboys host the New York Giants in their annual Thanksgiving Day game on Thursday afternoon. This year’s game may feel different, though, given Dallas’ struggles this season.

The Cowboys are coming off an upset win over the Commanders, while the Giants have lost six in a row and cut Daniel Jones in the process. My favorite Giants vs. Cowboys props and NFL picks for this game are targeting a pair of wide receivers and a tight end.

Giants vs Cowboys props

Prop bet #1: CeeDee Lamb Over 5.5 receptions

CeeDee Lamb is going to be the best offensive weapon on the field in this game on Thursday, so the Dallas Cowboys should look to feed him.

Lamb leads the team in catches (77), targets (118), and yards (841) this season, and it isn’t particularly close. He’s had 6+ catches in six straight games and seven of his last eight after a slow start to the year.

The star wide receiver has seen plenty of targets in that span as well. He’s had 10+ targets in six straight games and caught seven passes on eight targets back in Week 4 against the Giants.

Lamb should continue to get the lion’s share of the targets and catches against the Giants on Thanksgiving Day.

Prop bet #2: Wan’Dale Robinson Over 3.5 receptions

-184 at FanDuel

The New York Giants drafted Malik Nabers with the sixth overall pick, but the rookie wideout has been quieter than expected on the field and louder than expected off of it. That’s resulted in Wan’Dale Robinson seeing more of the target share for Big Blue.

The 2022 second-round pick has picked up five catches in two straight games, which has been a theme this season. Robinson has had 5+ catches (let alone four) in eight of 11 games this season.

Robinson found himself as the Giants’ main target in the Week 4 matchup against the Cowboys with 11 catches on 14 targets. The Dallas defense didn’t have an answer for him then and they likely won’t now.

Prop bet #3: Theo Johnson Over 2.5 receptions

-132 at FanDuel

Rookie tight end Theo Johnson has also found himself as a decent part of this Giants offense in recent weeks. He may only have 24 catches in 11 games on the season, but 13 of those catches have come in the last four weeks.

Johnson has been targeted six times in three straight games and four times in the week prior to that. He’s questionable for this game but was a full participant in practice on Tuesday.

The Cowboys haven’t fared well against tight ends this season. George Kittle was the only tight end to put up a huge game, but Dallas allowed six catches to Zach Ertz last week and five to Dalton Schultz in Week 11.

Johnson should be able to haul in 3+ catches against this Cowboys defense.
