BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Wendy Lincoln of Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue is here for Furry Friends Friday with two adorable guinea pigs! These two little boys are so precious, playful and ready for their “furever” home.

Cricket is the black guinea pig and Turkey is the brown and white guinea pig. They’re only between six months and twelve months old and are a bonded pair so they will need to be adopted together to go to the same family. The adoption fee for a pair of guinea pigs is $50. The adoption fee for a single one is $35.

Cricket and Turkey are so cute, they love playing and they love to eat! Give them endless love, cuddles and treats by adopting them. Click here to fill out an application to start the adoption process.

Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue has multiple guinea pigs and rabbits that are available for adoption. Guinea pig adoption events are held on different Sundays at Companion Animal Alliance (2550 Gourrier Ave.). Tiki and Taco Night will be held at The Bookstore (10466 Airline Hwy. #B) at 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11.

Meet rabbits and guinea pigs and eat tacos while mingling with other small animal lovers. If you’re unable to foster or adopt at this time, you can also send in monetary donations or rabbit/guinea pig supplies to MHRR. Visit their website for more information on how to donate.
