Koc Holding has been named Türkiye’s best employer for the eighth consecutive year in Forbes’ “World’s Best Employers” list, maintaining its position as the leading company in the country.

Globally, Koc Holding ranked 118th among more than 300,000 companies evaluated.

Koc Holding leads Türkiye in global ranking

Koc Holding, one of Türkiye’s largest and most respected conglomerates, continues to lead the country in Forbes’ annual rankings, which assess companies based on economic value creation, talent management, work-life balance and gender equality.

Koc Holding’s long-standing commitment to its employees and continuous innovation has earned it this distinction, reinforcing its reputation as a leading employer.

Continuous learning, employee development

Umut Gunal, Koc Holding’s Human Resources Director, emphasized the company’s dedication to employee development, particularly through its Cultural Transformation Program, launched in 2016 under the leadership of CEO Levent Cakiroglu.

“We prioritize equipping our employees with digital skills to prepare them for future roles,” said Gunal, noting that Koc Holding offers over 300 tailored training programs in partnership with global institutions.

Holistic approach to employee wellbeing

Gunal also highlighted Koc Holding’s focus on holistic well-being, with initiatives that extend beyond employees to include their families, covering social life and comprehensive health programs. In addition to training, Koc Holding has recorded 75,000 participants in its programs over the past three years.

6 Turkish companies in top 1000

Koc Holding led a strong presence for Turkish companies in the global rankings, with five other companies also making the list. Sabancı Holding ranked 195th, Turkish Airlines 301st, Yapi Kredi 383rd, Is Bankasi 795th and Turkcell 803rd.
