Ella Kelly has joined the Kelly Turkeys family business, bringing four years’ experience working in London in consumer insights and brand strategy.

She becomes the second member of the third generation of the Kelly family to work in the Danbury-based business following her brother Toby who joined three years ago.

Ella, who is 27, graduated at the University of York in environment, economics and ecology and then worked for consumer insights and consultancy firms including Ipsos serving a variety of sectors from retail and fast-moving consumer goods to healthcare and luxury products.

Now in a retail strategy and sales position with Kelly Turkeys, she welcomes the challenge of seasonality – building consumer interest through the year in a brand associated with premium Christmas turkeys for 50 years and now introducing value-added products.
