TÜRKIYE. Avolta has underlined its commitment to enhancing the traveller experience at the new Çukurova International Airport, which was inaugurated on 10 August.
As revealed by The Moodie Davitt Report, Avolta simultaneously unveiled its duty-free store in the new gateway to Mersin and Adana provinces and the wider Çukurova region.
In line with its corporate mantra, Avolta pledged to “make travellers happier” through a locally inspired offering across its 1,000sq duty-free space in arrivals and departures.
The new airport services a range of domestic and international destinations, with a capacity of 9 million passengers, enhancing connectivity and supporting tourism and commercial activities in the regions.
As mentioned, the new stores draw heavily on local inspiration, aligning with the retailer’s commitment to create a strong sense of place through a territory-inspired offering.
Travellers can shop all the core product categories, including perfumes & cosmetics from world-renowned brands, a selection of duty-free wines & spirits, as well as tobacco products, local and international sweets, chocolates and candies, fashion & accessories, toys, and unique regional products of the region.
