The selector of the football team of Montenegro, Robert Prosinečki, announced the list of players for the matches with Turkey and Wales in the League of Nations.

There are 20 players on the list, who play abroad, and the list will be supplemented with players from the MeridianBet First Montenegrin Football League.

Montenegro will host Turkey on October 11, and Wales three days later.

The list does not include Stefan Savić, Marko Vešović and Vasilij Adžić, as well as Novica Eraković, who played in the September matches.

Igor Vujačić, Edvin Kuč and Marko Janković are on the list, who missed the games with Iceland in Reykjavik and Wales in Nikšić, and the goalkeeper of OFK Belgrade Balša Popović was also called up.

The list includes – goalkeepers: Danijel Petković (Liepaja, Latvia), Balša Popović (OFK Belgrade, Serbia);

defenders: Adam Marušić (Lazio, Italy), Risto Radunović (FCSB, Romania), Igor Vujacić (Rubin, Russia), Marko Vukčević (Borac Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Andrija Vukčević (Cartagena, Spain), Nikola Šipčić (Cartagena, Spain), Slobodan Rubežić (Aberdeen, Scotland), Marko Tući (Gangwon, South Korea);

midfielders: Vladimir Jovović (Sogdiana, Uzbekistan), Marko Janković (Karabakh, Azerbaijan), Marko Bakić (OFI Crete, Greece), Driton Camaj (Kišvarda, Hungary), Edvin Kuč (Nefči, Azerbaijan), Ilija Vukotić (Boavista, Portugal);

attackers: Stevan Jovetić, Stefan Mugoša (Incheon United, South Korea), Milutin Osmajić (Preston, England), Nikola Krstović (Leće, Italy).

The Montenegrin national team preparations for the matches with Turkey and Wales will begin on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
