Jose Mourinho‘s Fenerbahce lost in the Turkish Super Lig for the first time this season on Saturday and the former Chelsea manager did not take the result well.
Fenerbahce fell to a 3-1 defeat at home by Istanbul rivals Galatasaray after strikes from Dries Mertens and Gabriel Sara, as well as a Dominik Livakovic own goal.
Mourinho was in no mood to hang around following the full-time whistle and he decided to walk out of the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium without attending his post-game press conference.
Galatasaray appeared to take great delight in Mourinho’s frustration and posted multiple social media posts mocking the former Chelsea boss.
Two tweets shared by Galatasaray’s official X (formerly Twitter) accounts played with Mourinho’s longstanding nickname, the ‘Special One’.
